For our Australia/New Zealand operation and based at one of our Sydney based client sites, we are looking for a new team member, Reliability Leader & Spare Parts Controller, for our Customer Service team, with the following duties and responsibilities:
Your role:
Ensure parts are available in a timely manner
Ensure part are ordered in accordance with replenishment reports
Raise Purchase orders
Follow up on Purchase orders
Preparing Monthly spare parts usage bill.
Stock take- Fortnightly and Monthly
Negotiate with suppliers for better rates
Work with CI & RM team for any new and upgrade projects.
Data Analysis skills- parts usage trends/Machines performances
Your profile:
Experience within a technical environment will be highly regarded.
Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings
A strong team player
A willingness to learn and high attention to details
Strong computer skills
Intermediates excel skills
Forklift license or willing to get one.
Good organisational skills

As for all SSI SCHAEFER personnel, you have the authority to stop work to correct a safety opportunity by consulting with your supervisor/manager
Ensure that you understand the possible environmental impacts your position could have and that mitigation processes have been considered and implemented.
Skills:
Working with WAMAS Maintenance Center (SSI CMMS) - computerised Maintenance Management system
Previous experience in a procurement environment is preferred but not essential
Educational Qualifications:
Trade Qualification preferred
Procurement qualification preferred, not essential.
