Arrival and transportation
Please make your own way to the event from Frankfurt airport, either by rental car or, in terms of sustainability, we recommend travelling by train. We will also provide a shuttle service for the time of the conference between the listed hotels and the event location, as well as to and from the evening events. If you choose to book a room in a different hotel, please note that we will not be able to organize transport to and from the event locations.
Data protection notice
During the event, photos and/or video recordings will be taken/made. These will be used for reporting and marketing purposes. The photos and/or videos will be published in the following media: TV, radio, internet, mobile platforms, social networks, newspapers, magazines, marketing material and other media. We have a legitimate interest in the reporting about our event (legal basis art. 6 (1), GDPR).
