Customized packaging inserts for optimum product protection
Small or middle-sized articles do not necessarily require cost-intensive packaging. The customized inserts from SSI SCHAEFER are suitable for objects with different shapes. This includes objects that only need to be centered rather than secured, for example.
The insert elements from SSI SCHAEFER are modular and divide up the containers. Any desired dimensions are possible. The inserts can be manufactured with a volume weight from 15 g/m3 to 200 g/m3. Furthermore, there are virtually no limits to shapes or materials used for customized inserts. Solutions are available using foam, twin-wall pallets, or corrugated cardboard. The materials are also available as anti-static versions or with ESD protection.
