E-Commerce meets Fashion at LOXXESS AG.

A modern and future-proof set up in the E-commerce and fashion industry

Headquartered in Unterföhring near Munich, Germany, Loxxess AG is a family owned business established in 1998, which operates as an outsourcing specialist for warehousing and offers logistic services for sports items and lifestyle products, consumer electronics and media products, pharmaceuticals and chemicals as well as mail order and E-commerce services.

In 2012, in addition to the steady growth of its existing clients, Loxxess has seen a boom in its e-commerce and mail order activities especially in the textile industry. This prompted the company to partner up with SSI SCHAEFER, the leading supplier and producer of warehousing equipment and logistics systems to build a new distribution center located in Bor, in the Czech Republic. The new distribution facility specializes in the warehousing, quality control, picking, return handling and European-wide shipping of retail and E-commerce orders and is designed to handle up to 48.000 order lines per shift.
