Our conveying systems convince with drives that meet the requirements of the latest energy efficiency class in combination with intelligent control systems. Requiring as little electrical power as possible is also the primary goal in the mechanics. Stable, wear-resistant systems combined with a needs-optimized design and preventive maintenance reduce the energy demand from the start.

Parts of a system on which no load carriers are transported at any given time can be automatically shut off on-demand with an intelligent control system. This allows the energy flow to be adapted to the currently required technical performance, significantly reducing the energy consumption in the warehouse.

In the case of overhead conveying systems, energy savings are achieved not only by switching off conveyors on-demand but also thanks to passively driven components. For example, switches are driven by circulation conveyors, which subsequently do not require their own drive. For the transport of empty bags, we make use of gravity: Using gravity conveyors, motion is affected with absolutely no drive. This method is therefore extremely energy efficient.
