Dependendo do grau de complexidade técnica de um edifício logístico, a energia é necessária para alimentar terminais de trabalho, veículos industriais e outros equipamentos, bem como para refrigerar os pavilhões. Além disso, é necessário instalar salas para a infraestrutura, tais como estações de transformador ou estações centrais e descentrais de carregamento. Um bom planejamento de logística e construção pode compensar parte dos custos de energia elétrica através de um bom conceito energético. Partindo do princípio “apenas o necessário, e o menos possível”, os conceitos de carga de bateria ou uma operação otimizada em termos de consumo energético proporcionam significativo potencial de economia.

O armazenamento compacto de mercadorias também pretende alcançar esse objetivo: Com o adensamento máximo de uma área de armazenamento existente, é possível aumentar a capacidade de armazenamento, na mesma área útil, em mais de 90% ou obter 40% de ganho de superfície. Isso significa uma vantagem para a empresa, visto que tanto a quantidade maior de armazenamento como o volume construtivo menor e os custos reduzidos de construção e refrigeração proporcionam um contraponto de economia em relação ao consumo energético constante num armazém de temperatura controlada.

Adicionalmente, nós oferecemos aos nossos clientes uma inspeção de energia em conformidade com o EN 16247, ou seja, uma avaliação energética dos imóveis existentes. Além disso, auxiliamos na criação de um sistema de gestão energética e da certificação conforme ISO 50001. Tudo isso condiz com o nosso objetivo de apontar aos nossos clientes os potenciais para economia energética existentes e implementar tais melhorias. No âmbito das medidas de otimização, calculamos o retorno de investimento através de cálculos de rentabilidade.
