Responsible for the coordination, organisation and monitoring of service activities. The focus here is on efficient and effective planning of the corresponding maintenance deployment in terms of customer satisfaction and economic aspects. Supporting link to VM Manager on planning and technical level. Supporting of Remote Service during technician deployments.

• Planning and informing the service technicians for service assignments and on-call times as well as providing all documents required for the service assignments.
• Planning repair or warranty work (coordination, communication with customers and suppliers)
• Support for the CS areas of Remote Services, SLA and SAM
• Support for service technicians
• Monitoring compliance with quality management and occupational safety regulations, certification status, technical requirements. (Work preparation process)
• Commissioning of services for external subcontractors with corresponding invoice verification
• Timely evaluation and post-processing of CMMS reports and, if necessary, triggering of further actions (Feedback cycle process)
• Support for technical investigations and warranty handling
• Billing for chargeable services (ERP order verification)

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualifications
• Technical background knowledge of automation

• Maintenance understanding
• Basic Knowledge of logistics industry
• Advanced understanding of maintenance and technology
• Advanced skills with MS Office, Salesforce and planning tools
• Advanced in Polish language
• Basic commercial awareness and business knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of SSI product and service portfolio
• Advanced networking skills

Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift work: Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 16.45 and Friday 8.30 am to 15.30.
Working Location: Remote (with travel to offices)
Holiday: 25 days p.a plus bank holidays
