SSI SCHAEFER and Brysdales Announce Strategic Partnership

SSI SCHAEFER and Brysdales are delighted to announce their official joining, as part of a strategic relationship to service the UK intralogistics market. Under this new collabration, Brysdales will expand their offering to their extensive customer base by introducing SSI SCHAEFER’s market-leading Regal 3000 shelving, KDR flow racking, and LS600 longspan ranges as part of their product portfolio. 

In addition to this enhanced portfolio, Brysdales will support the SCHAEFER team and its customers with inspections, repairs and modifications, delivered through Brysdales in-house sales, design, project management and installation teams.

Brysdales well-established team, with in-depth knowledge of SSI SCHAEFER’s product range, is ideally positioned to support clients of all sizes.  utilising the market leading Regal 3000 shelving, KDR flow racking and LS600 longspan ranges.

Q: Will this affect the service I receive as a potential customer?

A: No, you will still receive the same service and quality of product as previous direct enquiries would have been shown. The only difference is that your representative may now wear a Brysdales logo instead of an SSI SCHAEFER one.

Q: What about projects with other technologies, such as SSI LOGIMAT Vertical Lift Machines?

A: These will continue to be handled by the team at SSI SCHAEFER directly

Q: How do I know where to send my enquiry?

A: Please continue to send them to SSI SCHAEFER in the first instance and we can direct accordingly. We want this alignment to be as easy as possible for customers to access

Q: What about supply only parts?

A: SSI retain an internal sales division who are able to assist with such enquiries. Brysdales will also hold stock of certain SKUs to service customers they have dealt with. Either way, you will be able to get spares, new parts or any other supply only enquiries quickly and easily.
