Reusable containers are the sustainable alternative to disposable containers such as cardboard boxes, guaranteeing a high level of product protection, ergonomic handling and reliable material quality. Thanks to their outstanding properties, they integrate into existing intralogistics processes without any problems and optimize workflows.

AB Series: High-performance solutions for automated intralogistics

The new AB series automation container is our latest container for semi- and fully automated systems and impresses with its particularly quiet, efficient, and reliable operation in modern intralogistics processes. The container ensures maximum smoothness on conveyor belts and reliable robotics compatibility, and, thanks to an unique partition wall system, enables ordered, space-saving seperation of up to eight items – ideal from stock receipt to shipment.

ELB Series: Lightweight all-rounder for manual and automated handling

The ELB series combines extremely low weight with a robust, smart design – ideal for lightweight warehouse, transport and automation processes. It is equipped with ergonomic handles and lifting shafts and is equally suitable for manual use and for use in semi- and fully-automated systems with light loads. Its low weight makes it easy to handle and increases efficiency in modern logistics and transport processes.

LTF Series: Robust solution for medium-duty applications

The LTF series offers a solid, economical container solution for medium-weight loads that convinces in both manual material handling and automated systems. Thanks to its stable corner rail design and innovative barrel crown base, it combines high load capacity with smooth running properties – ideal for warehousing, transport and transfer in semi- to fully automated systems. Especially for medium-weight range, the LTF Series ensures long-lasting, efficient processes in logistics and production.

LTB Series: Handling demanding storage and transport processes

The LTB series is specially designed for the transport and storage of heavy goods and is suitable for both automated and manual processes. With its static and dynamic stacking load capacity, it offers maximum stability, even under demanding conditions. The container also impresses with its long service life and reliable performance, providing companies with an efficient and robust solution for their daily material flow.

Folding and collapsile containers (FK): Maximum flexibility with minimal space requirements

Stable yet lightweight, the folding and collapsile containers reduce their volume by up to 80% when folded. This reduces fuel consumption and the volume of empty containers returned. They are also easy to handle and can be stacked safely. Thanks to their various sizes and suitability for manual and automated logistic processes, the containers can be flexibly integrated into existing transport and warehouse systems and are matched to the Euro Pallet dimensions.

Trays: A flexible solution for organizing and transporting containers and cardboard boxes

Trays are flat, lightweight platforms that enhance organization and efficiency in logistic systems, perfectly suited for transporting or temporarily storing different load carriers, including non- conveyable containers or cardboard boxes. They allow a trouble-free material flow by combining several containers to be brought together on a flat surface and placed directly into shelving systems or onto conveyor technology. With additional features such as tabs for easy removal and barcode options, they support both manual and automated processes in logistics and order picking.
