We are now establishing a new role as Service Account Manager in Norway responsible for the Norweigan and Icelandic installed base. This is not a replacement. It is an investment. An opportunity to strengthen our Customer Services presence locally and to build long-term, value-driven service partnerships with our customers.

Location: Oslo, Norway.

  • Be the primary contact for selected service customers

  • Develop and present technical service concepts and improvement proposals

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations regarding SLAs and service agreements

  • Maintenance of data in global sales tools

  • Identify optimization and lifecycle opportunities within existing installations

  • Manage escalations with calm structure and ownership

  • Support lifecycle planning and obsolescence management

  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting

  • Ensure structured documentation and follow-up in our global systems

You most likely have an engineering and/or business background. You are genuinely interested in understanding how complex systems work – and how they can work even better. Preferable background is some years of experience working with complex technical solutions (automation, logistics or industrial environments preferred). To be successful in this position you understand commercial agreements and contractual discussions easily. Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory.

You are comfortable in structured environments but also see the bigger picture. You ask the extra question. You want to understand the “why” behind the numbers.

As a person, you are curious, analytically strong, process-oriented, structured and proactive and solution-driven. Besides that you are a service minded and positive person that are confident in dialogue with customers. You take ownership naturally. You build trust over time. You prefer long-term partnerships over short-term wins.
