RackBot System Compact is a very dense and flexible storage solution that has been specially developed for applications with high throughput and fast order processing. It optimizes the use of space through vertical storage with up to 43 bins per square meter and enables fast access to fast-moving items. With the fast RunBots (AMRs) in combination with RackBots, the Autonomous Mobile Case-Handling Robots (ACRs), the system ensures fast response times and optimized storage processes, ideal for requirements with a consistently high turnover of goods and raw materials.

RackBot System Compact uses two robot technologies for maximum efficiency and fast picking. The RackBots reach up to 12 meters in height and are responsible for the strategic handling of bins within the warehouse. The RunBots operate in parallel and ensure the rapid provision of priority orders at a speed of up to 4 meters per second. The bins are linked together so that the storage space can be used optimally and fast-moving items are available quickly. Integration into existing warehouse management systems facilitates smooth operation.
