RackBot System Flex extends the functions of the RackBot System Eco and also enables the storage and automated picking of bulk goods and mixed items. It is ideal for the efficient handling of mixed picking processes and is suitable for a wide variety of items, including small, medium and large, loose or irregular products. RackBot System Flex considerably increases productivity in warehouse operations, reduces storage space requirements and retains all the benefits of flexibility and scalability of RackBot Systems.

RackBot System Flex uses two robot technologies to optimize various storage operations: The RackBots (ACRs) move in vertical areas up to 12 meters high and enable precise warehouse management of individual bins. At the same time, the TransferBots (AMRs) handle the picking of bulk goods and palletized goods. This combination enables the efficient handling of different types of stored goods. The system also comprises inbound/outbound work stations, industrial racks, software for centralized control and supports any bin shape or even storage without bins.
