We collect the following data from you in order to conduct our webinars:

Login / Registration

  • Name, first name

  • E-mail address

  • Company

  • Topic / Interest


Realisation of the webinar

  • Spoken contributions

  • Chat contributions

  • Voting contributions

  • Participation in the webinar

  • Integrated Questionnaire


Recording and evaluation of the webinar

  • Video recording of the webinar


We collect this data on the basis of your consent, Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR, which you can give as part of your registration for the webinar. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to marketing@ssi-schaefer.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out until your withdrawal.

Use of Pardot – Data Processor

The invitation process for our webinars is operated through Pardot, a service provided by Salesforce EMEA Limited ("Salesforce"). Data processing by Salesforce companies and Salesforce data pro-cessors outside the EEA, in particular in the USA or other countries for which there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission, cannot be excluded. Therefore, we have concluded the standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c) GDPR with Salesforce.

We use Salesforce as a data processor. Data processors may only use the data for the purposes specified by us and are also contractually obligated by us to treat your data exclusively in accord-ance with this privacy policy and the applicable data protection laws. The legal basis for the pro-cessing of your data by Salesforce on our behalf is Art. 28 GDPR.

Use of GoToWebinar – Data Processor

We use GoToWebinar, a service provided by LogMeIn Ireland Unlimited Company ("LogMeIn"), to conduct our webinars. Data processing by LogMeIn companies and LogMeIn processors outside the EEA, in particular in the USA or other countries for which there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission, cannot be excluded. Therefore, we have concluded the standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c) GDPR with LogMeIn.
