With our onboarding process, we make sure that you, as a new colleague, feel at home with us right from the start. You can look forward to a structured induction plan, the support of a personal contact person and the opportunity to take on responsibility straight away. Technical knowledge is only a small part of onboarding. It is much more important that you take your time to familiarize yourself with the new environment and working methods and experience what makes us special as a company.
