As an intralogistics market leader, we are naturally proud of our tradition and everything we have already achieved. But we are just as proud of the fact that we are constantly changing and growing! Every year, hundreds of new employees start their careers with us.

With our onboarding process, we make sure that you, as a new colleague, feel at home with us right from the start. You can look forward to a structured induction plan, the support of a personal contact person and the opportunity to take on responsibility straight away. Technical knowledge is only a small part of onboarding. It is much more important that you take your time to familiarize yourself with the new environment and working methods and experience what makes us special as a company. First and foremost: team spirit, passion, respect and appreciation.
