Dual study - how does it actually work?

A dual study program is the perfect mix of studying and working: You acquire theoretical knowledge that you can apply directly at some of our sites. During the cooperative dual study program at SSI SCHÄFER, university and practical phases alternate. In this way, you will learn what really matters on the job alongside your academic training - and it is guaranteed not to be boring!

What do you burn for? Depending on your personal interests and talents, you can choose between different Bachelor's degree programs. No matter what you choose: We will accompany you and attach great importance to individual supervision and support during the practical phases.

What I appreciate most about my work as a student trainee in the marketing area is the variety between the lecture hall and everyday working life. I can apply my acquired knowledge directly in the company and take responsibility for large projects. I'm also part of a great team that always supports and encourages me.
