To support these principles and strengthen transparency within our supply chain, SSI SCHAEFER uses IntegrityNext. The platform enables the structured collection of sustainability and compliance information and helps us efficiently implement ESG and regulatory requirements.

IntegrityNext – Supplier Self-Assessment for SSI SCHAEFER Suppliers

To systematically strengthen transparency, ESG performance, and compliance along the global supply chain, SSI SCHAEFER uses the IntegrityNext platform. IntegrityNext is a leading digital solution for collecting, analyzing, and improving sustainability and compliance information. The platform helps companies identify ESG risks at an early stage, efficiently implement regulatory requirements – for example those arising from the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) or the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) – and make sustainable procurement decisions.
The use of the platform is free of charge for suppliers, and the information provided on the platform can also be used for other customers.
SSI SCHAEFER uses IntegrityNext to pursue a comprehensive approach that promotes responsible supply chains, strengthens the culture of compliance, and continuously improves sustainability standards.

SSI Supplier Portal MERCANIS

SSI SCHAEFER uses the procurement suite Mercanis for sourcing, supplier, and contract management. The platform is used worldwide and offers you:
- Central access to all relevant information and documents
- Digital workflows for faster processes and clear communication
- Greater visibility within the SSI SCHAEFER organization
- Easy contract management with automated reminders

As an SSI supplier, you will receive an email invitation with a registration link. Use of the supplier portal is free of charge. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during registration, please contact your responsible Category Manager.

Supplier self‑registration

For potential new suppliers, we now offer the option of direct self‑registration via our Mercanis platform. Interested companies can introduce themselves and provide their basic information there. Our procurement team will review the submitted details and get in touch if further steps are required.

Logistics Terms and Conditions

Occupational safety and environmental protection are top priorities at SSI SCHAEFER. The protection of all employees and external persons at our sites is a key focus.
Our regulations for external companies contain the essential rules on occupational safety and form the basis for safe cooperation. We kindly ask all partner companies to observe these requirements.
