AMY was specially developed for the optimization of production and intralogistics processes. The AMR adapts perfectly to your requirements and ensures maximum transparency and efficiency of your material flows.
Flexible small parts handling
The autonomous robot transports loads of up to 25 kg – both in the form of standardized small load carriers and in several smaller packages. Thanks to its dynamic transfer system with an active lifting table, sources and destinations can also be designed as passive stations. This allows AMY to be seamlessly and easily integrated into existing systems.
Easy integration
Whether individually or in a swarm: AMY is ready for immediate use. Commissioning is particularly quick and easy thanks to Plug & Play. The transport robots have standardized VDA 5050 interfaces and can process files with the Layout Interchange Format (LIF). This makes it easy to connect them to your systems.
Intelligent navigation
The mobile robot is equipped with laser scanners at the front and rear and thus has 360° circumferential visibility. It can drive in both directions with a speed of up to 1.8 m/s and can even turn when stationary thanks to its differential drive. Navigation is exclusively contour-based. A camera reliably prevents collisions with table tops and other overhead objects.
Plannable autonomy
AMY can drive either fully autonomously or along a virtual track guidance system, easily avoiding unexpected obstacles. This plannable autonomy gives you full control over your operational processes: You can use the autonomous functions flexibly or deliberately restrict them if necessary.
Optimum safety
The intelligent technology of the transport robot makes it particularly easy to operate. With integrated laser scanners, a camera for the main direction of travel, light signals and autonomous decision-making, it navigates reliably and ensures maximum occupational health and safety.
