Whether euro pallets, industrial pallets or your individual load carriers – ROLLGANG ensures an efficient flow of goods around the clock!

The autonomous pallet transport vehicle can be equipped with either roller or chain conveyors and can be optimally adapted to your requirements. In the mono version, it transports loads of up to 1,250 kg. For even more performance, ROLLGANG offers double space for two pallets. The vehicles can also be extended to hold up to four pallets and a total payload of up to 4,000 kg. Thanks to its high agility, the AGV navigates effortlessly even in tight spaces and reaches top speeds of up to 1.6 m/s. This means you benefit from maximum flexibility when planning systems and efficient material flow.

Do you sometimes have long distances to cover in your system? Then the ROLLGANG automated guided vehicle is ideal! It connects your conveying system sections and can react to changing material flows at any time thanks to its flexible route design.

Efficient pallet handling

ROLLGANG was specially developed for transporting euro and industrial pallets, but can be easily adapted to your individual load carriers. With a load capacity of up to 1,250 kg per pallet, the AGV is particular powerful. Do you need more capacity? No problem: The system can be extended to up for four pallets (2 x 2) and can then carry loads totaling 4,000 kg.

Individual configuration

Design the automatic transport of your pallets according to your needs! Choose between roller conveyors or chain conveyors and different drive concepts. The handover height of your vehicle fleet can be flexibly adapted to your system between 500 mm and 1,000 mm – for seamless integration into your existing processes.

Intelligent technology

Thanks to the optional omnidirectional drive concept, ROLLGANG not only navigates safely and quickly through tight existing systems, but also offers maximum freedom when planning new systems. Using modern lithium battery technology, loading times are significantly reduced, fleet size is optimized and an efficient 24/7 flow of goods is ensured.

Your options with the pallet transport vehicle

ROLLGANG is available in two versions so that you can optimally adapt your fleet to your loads and conditions. Whether for one or several pallets – each AGV relies on contour-based laser navigation and SLAM technology to precisely orient itself in its environment. Thanks to the integrated laser scanners with 360° circumferential visibility, maximum personal safety is guaranteed.
