Perfect for small load carriers

SALLY transports bins, cartons and other small loads with a weight of up to 100 kg at a speed of up to 1.6 m/s. The AGV can be equipped with different load handling devices and can therefore transport any type of small load carrier. Thanks to its robust design, the mini robot is ideal for use in industrial environments.

Intelligent navigation

The AGV navigates using contour-based localization and uses a scanner to create a map of its surroundings. It detects changes in the area, such as people, vehicles or deposited material, and uses artificial landmarks for fine positioning at automatic transfer stations if necessary. 3D cameras and the ARCOS vehicle software make navigation perfect.

Plannable autonomy

Like many DS Automotion vehicles, SALLY can benefit from the advantages of an AGV guided by virtual tracks as well as those of an autonomous mobile robot. This allows you to decide when your vehicle does and does not make decisions.

Highest safety standards

With SALLY, nothing can happen during goods transport: 3D cameras, laser scanners, light signals and optional voice output as well as a 360-degree step protection strip guarantee collision avoidance and optimum personal protection.

Versatile variants

A 7” touch panel, an additional emergency stop switch, signals, lights, a fingerprint scanner, a barcode/RFID reader – the choice is yours when it comes to equipping your mini robot! It can also be easily combined with a wide variety of load handling devices: You decide whether you want manual or automatic loading by roller conveyor. SALLY can be individually adapted to your small load carriers and integrated into your processes using the NAVIOS fleet controller.
