This is because vehicles with increased stability are required for the transport of heavy and bulky loads. At the same time, however, the forklift trucks must be able to maneuver quickly and safely in narrow aisles – and be able to handle a wide variety of pallets, bins, containers and more. An impossible task? Not for AMADEUS!

The automated high lift truck from DS AUTOMOTION, the AGV expert of the SSI SCHAEFER Group, transports almost any type of load up to a weight of 2 tons in a completely safe manner. It is geared towards the building structure and navigates on the basis of advanced technologies and is so compact that it can easily cope even in confined spaces. Thanks to its hydraulic telescopic lifting mast, it can reach a height of up to 2.8 meters. The greatest strength of our AMADEUS is, however, its flexibility: The self-driving forklift is available in different versions depending on the area of application and therefore adapts perfectly to your requirements.

High operating comfort

Our AGV makes it easy for you in every respect: Every AMADEUS model has a 10” touch display for manual operation and can also be equipped with voice output.

Versatile loads

Our autonomous industrial truck can pick up to two euro pallets or industrial pallets and can also lift other large load carriers such as bins, containers or special goods. AMADEUS transports and stacks fully automatically and not only supplies storage racks and bin towers, but can also be used in insulation material production. The gentle clamping AMADEUS grip version safely transports delicate blocks.

Autonomous precision

AMADEUS is capable of two types of navigation: Both applications with laser navigation and applications with contour-based navigation (SLAM) and additional integration of reflectors are possible. These ensure even greater positioning accuracy at the destination.

Absolute safety

Our automated high lift trucks always keep an eye on everything: In addition to an integrated laser scanner with 360° all-round vision for staff protection, cameras for extended object protection, blue spot projectors and laser line markers for collision avoidance in combined operation are also available as options.

Optimum scalability

Not only can your AMADEUS fleet be expanded with additional vehicles at any time – it can also be combined with other automated guided vehicles using the standardized VDA 5050 interface. This means your system grows with your requirements!

Our AGV AMADEUS is available in different versions. These versions can be easily combined with one another as required and therefore cover a particularly wide range of tasks. 

AMADEUS classic – with support arms under the lifting fork

The classic version for your pallets (lengthwise), floor storage locations, transfer stations and rack systems up to 2,700 mm high.

AMADEUS wide – with lateral support arms

Thanks to its lateral support arms and a sturdy fork, the high lift truck grips racks with forklift lugs as well as closed pallets or transverse pallets and mesh boxes.

AMADEUS grip

Our AGV especially for insulation material production: AMADEUS grip grabs sensitive construction materials and polystyrene blocks and transports them safely from the mold to intermediate storage and on to the cutting machine.
