Standard Contractual Clauses Module 3

If within a direct contractual relation between a legal entity of SSI SCHAEFER Group established within the European Economic Area (EEA) and a legal entity of a customer established in a third country outside the EEA for which country no GDPR-adequacy decision by the European Commission is adopted, personal data is transferred from the EEA to the customer in a third country outside the EEA, the following Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 4) apply: Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 4).
