SSI SCHAEFER is a constantly growing, changing company. Hundreds of new employees start their careers with us every year. Through professional onboarding, we ensure that new colleagues feel comfortable right away, are trained quickly and in a targeted manner, and can take on responsibility. In order to achieve these goals in the best possible way, we provide our new colleagues with a structured training plan in combination with a personal contact person.

Especially for our new employees in the project business, the most important thing is not to have the technical logistics expertise initially, but to have access to the way in which we solve the tasks.
